Who Qualifies?
Qualifying heroes include, but are not limited to, current and former firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, law enforcement, and all other first responders. All ranks of active military, reserves and veterans of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. All nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals. Please contact us if you have questions!
How Does This Work?
When you buy or sell a home with Welcome Home Realty, we gladly donate up to 20% of our commission towards your closing costs.
We currently offer the program in Fresno County and Monterey County.
*Are There Restrictions?

Welcome Home Realty partners with a few organizations where we donate a fee upon closing. We only allow one donation per transaction or up to a maximum of 20% of our commission.

Some loans have a restriction on how much a buyer is allowed to receive in closing credits. We will confirm with your lender the best way to structure this for your benefit.

Kim Dixon and Dee DelaCuadra met while both working for the Salinas Police Department. Dee has dedicated 35 years to the police department and Kim 8 years. Dee has family members who are currently in law enforcement, as well as children that are military veterans. Kim was an officer's wife for 20 years, as well as having a grandfather who was in the military. Both Kim and Dee are very familiar with the unique life style and sacrifices heroes and their families deal with on a daily basis; trying to coordinate shift work with family, explaining to a child why mom or dad won't be home on their birthday, and the additional dangers that come with the job...just to name a few! This is why we do what we do!
